Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end pre‑employment screening and suitability assessment activities. Collate, analyse, and assess sensitive information from multiple sources to support employment decisions. Prepare clear, accurate, and well‑reasoned written reports. Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external parties, including candidates and referees. Apply relevant Australian Government security and personnel suitability frameworks in assessment processes. Skills and Capabilities Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex or sensitive information. Demonstrated ability to collate, analyse, and interpret information. Proven experience producing high‑quality written reports. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
