The Opportunity An excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Pool Technician to join a busy and professional team. This role offers consistent work, autonomy in your day-to-day schedule, and the chance to develop your technical skills across a wide variety of pool systems and environments. Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, problem-solving, and dealing directly with clients. The Role Carry out routine pool cleaning and maintenance across residential and commercial sites Test and balance water chemistry to ensure compliance and safety standards Inspect, service, and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters Identify faults and carry out basic troubleshooting and repairs Maintain accurate service records and reporting Provide high-quality customer service and build strong client relationships Work independently across multiple sites throughout Sydney The Requirements Previous experience in pool maintenance or a similar hands-on/technical role preferred Knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously Good communication and customer service skills Current driver’s licence (essential) Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Relevant certifications highly regarded but not essential Looking to Relocate?
