The Role: As Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with the CFO to support analysis, reporting, and commercial decision-making across the business. The role will assist in ensuring strategic projects are appropriately analyzed, achievable and beneficial to the company from a financial persepective. It is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership early, and gain exposure across multiple areas of a growing company. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and implement strategic projects across Finance, Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Operations Act as a key coordination point between the CFO, Finance team, internal stakeholders, and external partners Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and decision-making materials, and ensure follow-up on actions Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability across business functions Support financial, commercial, and operational analysis, including KPI tracking and ad-hoc reporting Assist the CFO in prioritising and managing key workstreams to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives About You: 1–3 years minimum experience in investment banking, Big 4, consulting, or a business analyst/commercial analyst role Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data Solid analytical thinking with structured way of working Clear communicator who can explain numbers in a simple way Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership Organised and able to manage multiple tasks Bonus Points: Exposure to financial modelling or forecasting Experience with PowerPoint, dashboards, or BI tools Interest in renewable energy or sustainability Why Join Us?
