D'Arcy Weil is representing a major Australian downstream energy business with operations spanning fuel refining, importation, distribution, and retail across a substantial and commercially complex supply and logistics portfolio. With significant counterparty relationships, material risk exposures, and an active contract renewal and restructure programme, the business requires an experienced Commercial Manager to own the end-to-end commercial relationship across its fuel supply and logistics agreements. Your Role You will own end-to-end contract management across fuel and logistics agreements — developing negotiation strategies, leading commercial negotiations with senior counterparties, managing renewals and variations through to close, and monitoring performance against contractual obligations.
