The Role Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns and optimising digital performance across all core channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will manage campaigns, analyse performance and continuously improve results across digital platforms while working closely with both local and global teams. Key responsibilities include: Planning, executing and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to sales and product initiatives Managing and optimising digital channels including Google Ads, SEO, social media and email marketing Driving lead generation, website traffic and conversion performance Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven insights and reporting Managing campaign launches, promotions and seasonal activity Producing marketing collateral including brochures, presentations and digital assets Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service and the Netherlands marketing team Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including agencies and suppliers Continuously improving campaign performance through testing, optimisation and insights The Candidate You are a hands-on, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning campaign execution end-to-end. You will ideally have: Proven experience in a digital marketing or campaign-focused role Strong experience across Google Ads, SEO, social media and email marketing Ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaigns for ROI Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with precision Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with CRM systems and marketing tools A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is highly regarded. Experience in eCommerce, retail or home improvement industries will be advantageous.
