This is a senior subject matter role for an HS&E professional who combines deep regulatory expertise with the executive presence and commercial capability to position the business's risk solutions at the highest levels of major corporate organisations. You will serve as the regional HS&E authority — advising clients on governance frameworks, safety maturity, and supply chain risk strategy, supporting commercial teams across the full client engagement lifecycle, and contributing to product development and thought leadership that keeps the business's solutions credible and relevant across a complex and diverse regional market. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Risk Strategy Advise senior client leaders on HS&E governance, regulatory compliance, and supply chain risk mitigation strategy across the Asia Pacific region — applying ISO 45001, PDCA methodology, and applicable regional regulatory frameworks Support clients in assessing and improving safety maturity, developing risk governance structures, and embedding continuous improvement disciplines across their supply chain programmes Engage across a geographically and sectorally diverse client base with the regulatory depth and commercial credibility to influence decision-making at board and executive level Commercial Engagement Work alongside sales teams across the client engagement lifecycle — contributing to prospect engagement, solution positioning, and client retention through technically authoritative and commercially compelling advisory Deliver presentations, workshops, and executive forums — virtually and in-person — that articulate clear and measurable value across the business's HS&E and supply chain risk solution portfolio Contribute to the design and development of professional services offerings that address the specific regulatory and operational requirements of Asia Pacific markets Product Development & Thought Leadership Collaborate with global product teams to refine and advance the business's safety maturity and continuous improvement frameworks, ensuring they reflect regional regulatory requirements and client expectations Represent the business at industry conferences, forums, and client events as a credible and authoritative HS&E voice across the Asia Pacific market Monitor regulatory developments, emerging risk frameworks, and market trends across the region, translating insights into product, service, and advisory improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with global subject matter experts across ESG, supply chain risk, and change management to develop integrated, consistent, and commercially sound client solutions Share regional market intelligence, client insights, and regulatory intelligence with global teams to inform product and service development across the business About You A senior HS&E professional with substantial Asia Pacific regulatory knowledge and a proven track record of engaging at executive level, you combine technical depth across ISO 45001, supply chain risk frameworks, and sustainability standards with the commercial judgement to operate effectively at the sales-technical interface.
