We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Adult Speech Pathologist to join our growing Peninsula Plus team and help shape the future of our adult services. About the Role This is more than a clinical role — it’s an opportunity to help build our adult service stream . You’ll work with adults across a range of settings and life stages, including people living in residential aged care, those requiring mealtime support, and individuals with neurological conditions, as well as working with teens, young adults and people with disability. Alongside delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based support, you’ll contribute to the development, direction, and growth of our adult services under the Pen Plus banner. Your role will include: Providing direct, person‑centred support and building strong, respectful relationships Supporting adults in residential aged care and nursing home settings Completing mealtime assessments and developing practical, dignity‑focused strategies Delivering neurological rehabilitation and capacity‑building programs Supporting teens, young adults and people with disability Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, wrap‑around support Mentoring others and contributing to the growth and direction of our adult services About You You’re a confident and thoughtful clinician who genuinely cares about the people you support. You bring clinical expertise, warmth, and a desire to keep learning — and you enjoy being part of a team that values collaboration, reflection, and innovation.
