Job Description We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to take on the role as a full-time receptionist (or Guest Service Agent) with the flexibility to work 5 shifts a week on a rotating roster which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. The responsibilities: Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests Providing local knowledge and recommendations Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care Supporting other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
