The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business on a range of matters including: drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on contracts and other key documents; tender negotiations; compliance; identifying and advising on risk management; and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will offer 4 to 7 years’ specialist front end construction experience, strong communication skills, a strategic, outcomes focused approach to matters, an ability to think critically, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment are essential attributes for the role.
