Job Description A Career that lets your passion shine: Be at the heart of driving revenue across the MICE, Inbound Groups, and Leisure segments, connecting with clients and partners from around the world Develop and manage relationships with Leisure partners including Inbound Tour Operators, Travel Agents, International Tour Operators, DMCs, and MICE clients Actively source and convert new MICE business including corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and events Conduct regular sales calls, domestic sales trips, and represent Sofitel at key trade shows and industry events Work closely with the Accor Regional Sales team to ensure the hotel has access to key accounts and maximise all sales opportunities Play a hands-on role in developing, implementing, and monitoring the effectiveness of sales strategies Provide regular market intelligence to the ADOS and DOSM, including competitor insights and ongoing market activity Convert leads into long-term business relationships and develop plans to follow up on prospective clients Conduct FAMILs to build awareness of the hotel's products and services Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the Accor Sales Force system
