E&I Shutdown Planner Fixed Term Contract | 12 Months Curtis Island – GLNG UGL Services is seeking an experienced E&I Shutdown Planner to support shutdown and maintenance activities at the GLNG Facility on Curtis Island . This is a site‑based, fixed‑term contract role (12 months) within an operational LNG environment. Local and Gladstone‑based candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. About the Role You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and readiness of Electrical & Instrumentation shutdown work scopes , working closely with Operations, Maintenance and Shutdown teams to ensure safe and efficient execution. Key Responsibilities Develop E&I shutdown work scopes, schedules, MTOs and execution plans Prepare accurate cost and time estimates Maintain and align SAP work orders and Primavera P6 schedules Prepare and review TJSAs, risk assessments and work permits Liaise with HSE and support services to ensure execution readiness Ensure compliance with site systems, standards and Permit to Work requirements About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or LNG operations Electrical or Instrumentation trade background or relevant qualifications Demonstrated shutdown planning experience Strong knowledge of E&I systems, P&IDs and permit frameworks Experience with SAP and Primavera P6 highly regarded Strong stakeholder engagement and safety focus What’s On Offer 12 month fixed‑term contract Competitive day rate / remuneration Opportunity to work on a major LNG facility Supportive, safety‑focused team environment
