About the role The Pastoral Care Coordinator provides pastoral care, leadership and support to clients, their families, team members and pastoral care volunteers. The role supports clients by visiting them in their own homes across the Brisbane region. The role requires access to a car (mileage reimbursed) and is permanent part-time working 3 days per week (22.8 hours pw) based out of our office in Chermside, Brisbane. Participating in opportunities such as staff meetings, in-services, expos, and other events with the purpose of providing information about pastoral care opportunities and creating partnerships. Regularly meeting with local service managers and team members for the purpose of receiving feedback, identifying need, and reporting back on any changes or developments in the Pastoral Care service.
