The team advises a broad range of clients including developers, sponsors, infrastructure funds, utilities, and corporates on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. With strong deal flow and a growing pipeline of opportunities linked to decarbonisation and the energy transition, the team is looking to add a high-calibre Analyst to support execution and client delivery The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and gain exposure to complex, high-profile transactions across sectors such as: Renewable energy (solar, wind, battery storage) Energy transition and decarbonisation strategies Transport and core infrastructure assets Utilities and regulated assets You will work closely with senior bankers on end-to-end transaction execution , gaining meaningful responsibility early in your career. Key Responsibilities Financial modelling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and client presentations Supporting due diligence processes and transaction execution Conducting industry and market research across energy and infrastructure sectors Assisting in the development of strategic advice for clients Candidate Profile We are seeking candidates with: 2–3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 advisory, or a leading financial institution Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities Demonstrated interest in energy transition and infrastructure sectors Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management ability Outstanding academic record from a leading university Please include CV & academic transcript when applying.
