About the role Our Youth Career Coaches are responsible for delivering high-quality career coaching and guidance for young people as part of Skill Hire's Support Pathway Program which incorporates the Transition to Work (TTW) program in Northam and surrounding areas. You will be proactive, compassionate and innovative in how you find opportunities for the young people you represent. Each day will bring meaningful challenges as you help your clients set goals, provide on-on-one mentorship, identify areas of interest and help them upskill to reach their potential and find ongoing education or employment opportunities. Crucial to the role is your ability to establish and maintain relationships with local employers so you can source employment opportunities for your clients. Training will be provided.
