This is a MOS Operations Supervisor role with Centurion based in WA, AU Centurion Role Seniority - mid level More about the MOS Operations Supervisor role at Centurion You will play a critical role in embedding the Management Operating System (MOS) across the business. You will lead teams, coach leaders, and drive a culture of continuous improvement while aligning operational strategies with business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will collaborate cross-functionally to optimise performance, improve processes, and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. What you'll be doing? Lead, coach and mentor teams in MOS principles to drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Develop and implement MOS strategies across operations to enhance efficiency and performance. Partner with operational leaders and key stakeholders across the business to drive alignment and consistency. Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to optimise processes and outcomes. Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement initiatives deliver measurable results. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across all operational areas. What you'll bring? Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operational leadership or continuous improvement role. Proven ability to lead teams and influence change across a complex business environment. Strong experience working cross-functionally with operations and key stakeholders. Results-driven with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills. Technical Skills & Experience Solid experience in Kaizen methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Strong understanding and application of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. Experience implementing structured improvement frameworks within operational environments. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
