We're looking for a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Shift Leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while driving operational excellence. Lead, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and facility maintenance Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage during all service periods Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and other operational costs to achieve profitability targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial reporting procedures Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Communicate effectively with upper management regarding performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and customers Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or food service environment Proven track record of successfully leading and developing restaurant teams Strong knowledge of food safety, health codes, and restaurant compliance requirements Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and point-of-sale technology Excellent time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and manage P&L responsibilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in high-pressure situations Customer service excellence and commitment to guest satisfaction Experience with inventory management and cost control procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Conflict resolution and mediation skills Proficiency in restaurant management software and reporting tools (preferred) Experience in multi-unit or fast-casual restaurant environments (preferred) Knowledge of local Australian food service regulations and standards Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
