Job Description We are seeking a Associate Director, Structures to join our WA leadership team. With offices across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, and NT, we deliver exceptional value to our clients through a collaborative culture, a commitment to excellence, and continuous investment in our people. Specifically: Lead and grow a team of structural engineers, designers, and project managers. Drive business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence. Build and nurture strategic partnerships across the state. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Structural Engineering Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment. Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills. A track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects. Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower your team.
