Due to team expansion, we're hiring an additional Territory Manager to our VIC/TAS Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team to accelerate adoption of BD’s capital equipment solutions including Alaris Infusion Systems , Pyxis Medication Dispensing , and BD Rowa automation . This is a high‑impact role selling hardware, software and integrated solutions into public and private hospitals. You’ll engage a broad range of stakeholders from ICU, ED, OR, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, procurement and C‑suite stakeholders to solve real workflow challenges and improve patient outcomes. Your Day-to-Day You’ll grow BD’s capital equipment footprint across VIC/TAS by owning the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing major deals. You will: Drive new capital equipment sales across Rowa, Pyxis and Alaris Prospect and build relationships across clinical, technical and executive stakeholders Manage complex, long‑cycle sales processes (2 months to 2 years) Lead demonstrations, workflow evaluations and clinical/technical solution discussions Develop territory and account plans with clear growth strategies Partner with Marketing and Clinical teams to deliver campaigns and customer programs Track market trends and competitor activity to shape your approach Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting in CRM Collaborate with other BD business units for aligned hospital engagement Attend conferences, workshops and hospital networking events About You You’re a natural hunter who knows how to win business when the door isn’t already open. As an established capital equipment salesperson, you'll be accustomed to the processes in public and private hospitals for securing budget allocation for capital equipment and understand how to communicate the value of your product suite as a 'must have' solution that hugely benefits the customer. You’ll bring: 3 years’ experience selling capital equipment into hospitals Experience generating your own pipeline - not relying on inbound leads Success winning business from challenger positions Strong commercial acumen and funnel management discipline Confidence influencing decisions across clinical, technical and executive levels Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders A proactive, self‑motivated, growth‑mindset approach Tertiary qualifications in science, nursing, engineering or business (desirable) Driver’s licence ability to travel VIC/TAS Ideal candidates may come from MedTech, hospital automation, diagnostics, imaging, biomedical capital equipment, or even adjacent industries where referral networks and long sales cycles are common.
