This role sits within our Trauma business unit and reports to a Regional Sales Manager known for developing emerging talent into high-performing sales professionals. What You Will Do Drive sales growth and expand the territory through customer engagement, sales activity, and negotiations. Support surgeons, nurses, and clinical teams in theatre to ensure safe and effective use of Trauma products. Provide clinical and technical product support while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive adoption and satisfaction. Assist with territory planning, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities through data and market insights. Manage inventory and resolve product issues to maintain product availability, compliance, and customer service. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, sales, or healthcare‑related role. Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres. Current valid driver’s licence. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science). Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environments. Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs in any industry. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
