Join a highly regarded aged care provider as a Care Manager, overseeing clinical care in a large 100 bed fully accredited facility. You'll be supported by an experienced Facility Manager, additional Care Manager and an onsite Quality & Education team. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents. You’ll also work collaboratively with the Quality and Education team to provide ongoing support and development for the clinical team.
