This is an exciting opportunity to join GEC on the Santos Cooper Midstream Simplification (CMS) project — one of Australia’s most significant energy infrastructure programs currently under delivery. This is a single-project contract expected to run through to late October 2026. Job Description With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you’ll contribute by: • Supervise and coordinate mechanical construction and maintenance field crews to meet safety, quality and schedule targets • Lead by example — set the standard for safety performance, work quality and compliance on site • Interpret drawings and apply knowledge of materials, methods and techniques to suit the task • Assist the Project Supervisor with planning and scheduling field activities • Participate in daily pre-start meetings and facilitate SWMS sign-off with crew • Liaise with site supervisors, client representatives and other team members • Support mentoring and development of trade assistants and junior crew members Desired Skills and Experience Mandatory Requirements All of the following must be held at time of application.
