Job Description About the role You will lead the engineering function within the All the Ads team, part of SEEK's Pricing and Performance group. You will design and deliver AI/ML systems, data assets, and pipelines that help SEEK better understand hirers and job ads at scale. You will collaborate with data scientists and AI product managers across three problem domains, managing a team of engineers while driving technical excellence and rapid delivery. You will own system architecture, mature ML-Ops practices, and ensure smooth integration with partner teams across the business. Success means building high-performing cross-functional teams, meeting delivery roadmaps, and advancing AI capabilities that directly impact millions of users.
