Job Description Helping Hands Windaroo is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Assistant Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team. This is a permanent, part-time role ( 20 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday. Service hours include: Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 8:30am Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm About the role Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
