Job Description We’re looking for a confident and driven Senior Project Manager who thrives on taking ownership, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering complex projects to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets Prepare and manage procurement documentation and processes , including Head Contractor and Managing Contractor engagements Develop and coordinate Public Works Committee (PWC) documentation Oversee design management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams Drive extensive stakeholder engagement , including government, clients, consultants, and contractors Manage and prioritise multiple concurrent project commitments in a fast-paced environment Lead, chair, and document client meetings, workshops, and key project discussions Provide strategic project leadership , mentoring and guiding junior team members Support business development activities and contribute to winning new work Deliver high-quality commission/programme management services Skills & Competencies Strong leadership capability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; Primavera experience highly regarded Exceptional report writing, documentation, and bid preparation skills Ability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes
