Job Description How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Conduct initial assessments and identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties Develop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve RTW benchmarks with minimum case costs Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
