Job Description Job Description Reporting to the Sales Development Director, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and/or outbound calls and emails to facilitate lead generation and qualification. You will be responsible for generating new leads and actioning warm leads from the Marketing team to increase sales into the business. Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Lead Management: Reacting to inbound demo requests and content downloads while proactively prospecting through targeted calls, emails, and social media. Prospecting: Identifying and researching appropriate prospects to establish relationships and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Consultative Selling: Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products or professional services. Collaboration: Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Manager for closure. Data Integrity: Ensuring all Sales and Marketing indicators are tracked in Salesforce for accurate reporting. Market Awareness: Staying up-to-date with new products, pricing models, and scheduling customers for regional events Desired Skills and Experience Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role. Track Record: Proven experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, combined with excellent listening abilities. Technical Aptitude: CRM Salesforce experience is favourable (full training provided). Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the HR, Payroll, or technology space is desired but not essential.
