About the role We are seeking a Network Analyst to support Energy Solutions in building a public EV charging network across Australia and New Zealand. This is a newly created national role, open to candidates based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Wellington, Auckland, or Christchurch. The role focuses on network planning, working closely with Business Development Managers, Deployment Managers, and our Customer team, you will help ensure the network is built in the right locations to meet customer needs and deliver long-term performance. Key responsibilities Assess potential EV charging sites using a balanced mix of qualitative judgment and data-driven analysis Analyse network performance data and external market insights to inform network strategy and continuous improvement Build and maintain a national network of internal and local stakeholders to provide regional insights Partner with Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Deployment Managers to prioritise sites within the deployment pipeline Maintain a strong customer lens to ensure site and network decisions align with how customers want to charge Contribute to the development and improvement of tools, systems and processes used for network and site evaluation Engage effectively with stakeholders across property, business and customer teams Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years’ experience in a property, business, urban planning, customer or related analytical field Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends and combine quantitative insights with qualitative assessment Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate how customers will interact with sites and the broader network Experience building relationships and working collaboratively across multiple teams or geographies Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills aligned to business development and deployment timelines Growth mindset with an interest in contributing to the energy transition Benefits Our total remuneration is competitive.
