This is a part-time position, working four weekdays per week (day shifts). The Role At Infin8 care, the role of a Registered Nurse is highly visible and plays a vital role in meeting our residents’ daily needs and delivering high quality, person centric care to residents and families. Our nurses are responsible for the total care of the resident, including physical, emotional wellbeing and safety. They are given the autonomy and space they need to make decisions and enjoy the support of the personal care, lifestyle, and Hospitality teams. In addition to this, Infinite Care is looking for a Registered or Enrolled Nurse who wants to expand their expertise in the Assessment and Care Planning area area as a significant portion of this role will involve managing an Assessment and Care Planning portfolio. About You You have the ability to “think on your feet” as well as the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. You have a bachelor's degree AHPRA Registration with no restriction Strong skills in documentation and record-keeping are crucial, as the coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of assessments and care plans. Understanding of the ANACC frameworks, including assessment criteria, documentation requirements, and funding regulations (desirable). Previous experience with AN-ACC or ACFI funding (desirable) Familiarity with aged care regulations and compliance requirements, as well as staying up-to-date with changes in funding regulations, is important to ensure that the facility meets all necessary guidelines.
