Building positive relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders Driving a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to provide consistent, high‑level support to clients with complex and intensive needs Please note that this role includes a component of rostered after-hours on-call duty. About You You are a confident and capable leader who is passionate about person-centred practice and delivering outstanding service outcomes To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla's Values [https://www.yooralla.com.au/careers/our-values/] and have: Management Experience: Demonstrated management experience, preferably within a community services environment. Leadership Skills: Experienced leader or a support worker ready to step up as a leader Sector Knowledge: Understanding of legislation and standards relevant to the disability sector. Person-Centered Approach: Knowledge and understanding of how to support staff in implementing contemporary and person-centered approaches to uphold the rights and support needs of individuals with disabilities and behaviors of concern, promoting positive outcomes. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to manage financial and staff resources within a complex environment. Initiative and Organisation: Excellent initiative, self-directed work practices, and highly developed organizational skills.
