As an internal service provider, this role delivers high-quality administrative and customer service support to the NSW Service Centre. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate vehicle, vendor and departmental records while supporting Linfox business units, vendors and Global Head Office. Key areas include: Manage administrative activities including stationery, mail distribution, filing and archiving Process vehicle-related transactions such as bulk registration renewals, cancellations and number plate management Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and process credit invoices Maintain accurate service, vehicle and departmental records, including file creation and archive coordination Support workshop operations through management of e-tags, fuel cards, dangerous goods licence updates and service sheet reconciliation Complete ad hoc Department of Transport and internal administrative tasks as required Are you the one? You bring proven experience in an administrative support role with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and proactive follow-up. You are comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
