You will coordinate events, track program outcomes, and collaborate across teams to deliver visible, high-quality initiatives. What you will deliver: Support delivery of student experience programmes, coordinating logistics, communications and resources across on-campus and online channels. Coordinate short-term and recurring programmes and initiatives, working closely with students, fostering their social literacy and leadership skills. Provide high-level administrative support, maintaining budgets, records, web content and accurate student engagement data and reports. Use technology and process improvements to enhance program delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement across the portfolio. Build effective relationships with students, staff and external partners to enable collaborative, integrated student experience initiatives. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a degree qualification, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training and professional experience. Demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills, including budgeting, prioritising workloads and managing competing deadlines with accuracy. Bring experience supporting end-to-end events and programmes, across on-campus and digital platforms, with a continuous improvement focus. Communicate clearly in writing and in person, building effective relationships with students, staff and external stakeholders. Use Microsoft Office, productivity tools and virtual event platforms confidently to support efficient, high-quality programme delivery. Leverage experience with event software, registration systems or Adobe Creative Cloud for video editing and desktop publishing. For further information please refer to the attached PD.
