Our client is looking for an organised, detail‑driven Agent Support Partner to support their sales agents and keep property campaigns running smoothly from listing through to settlement. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on real estate support experience who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping campaigns organised and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with agents, vendors and internal teams to manage documentation, marketing and day‑to‑day support, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. About the role You’ll manage the admin side of property campaigns from start to finish, including processing listings, sales and appraisals, preparing compliance documents and coordinating marketing. You’ll handle correspondence with vendors, purchasers and solicitors, support agent marketing needs, and make sure campaigns stay on track and compliant. You’ll also assist with onboarding new agents, support internal systems and website updates, and work closely with offshore support teams. This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail and good communication are key. About you Strong administrative skills within the real estate industry with exposure to end-to-end campaign management for multiple agents Confident juggling multiple tasks and deadlines Flexibility to travel within regional QLD for the initial couple of months to build relationships with your key stakeholders Experience with Agent Box, Realtair, RealHub (or similar) is a bonus Clear, professional communicator with a customer‑first mindset Organised, adaptable and happy working in a fast‑moving environment A team player who enjoys supporting others Who are we, and what’s next?
