About the Role Kick-start your engineering career with a dynamic role that blends technical expertise, hands-on fieldwork, and real project impact. We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing Brisbane team and contribute to delivering high-quality engineering solutions across diverse projects. As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll support the delivery of engineering services across areas including design, documentation, field investigations, data analysis, and reporting. Working under supervision, you’ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing strong foundations in both technical and professional skills. You’ll also build capability in project management, coordination, stakeholder communication, scheduling, cost control, and client engagement - setting you up for long-term career growth. Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in engineering design, analysis, and documentation Support field investigations, data collection, and reporting Apply project management principles to deliver tasks on time and to standard Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers Contribute to proposals and client-focused solutions Build strong professional relationships across projects About You Suitable applicants will be/have: Degree in Engineering (Geotechnical or related discipline) 1–2 years’ industry experience (or strong internship exposure) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret instructions and apply engineering principles in practice Effective communication and teamwork skills Proficient in standard engineering software and general computer applications Why Join Us?
