Enrolment Sales Officer ECMS’ philosophy is simple: we foster lifelong learning. As a for-purpose organisation with 75 Kindergartens and Early Learning Centres, we support more than 6,500 Victorian children each week. The Marketing, Communications and Enrolments team plays a key role in connecting families to our services, strengthening our brand, and driving engagement across communities. About the role? We are committed to equitable access to early childhood education and are looking for an Enrolment Sales Officer to help increase participation in free kindergarten - particularly for underrepresented and vulnerable families. This is a highly people-focused, target-driven role where you will act as the key link between families and ECMS services. You will work directly with families, community organisations, and councils to drive enrolments, remove barriers to access, and support families through the full enrolment journey. This is a field-based role, requiring regular travel and community engagement. What will you do? Achieve enrolment targets through proactive outreach and effective pipeline management Build strong relationships with families, councils, and community groups Engage directly with vulnerable and underrepresented communities to improve access Guide families through the enrolment process with empathy and clarity Promote ECMS services to increase awareness and participation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless family experience Maintain accurate data and track engagement using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) Contribute to continuous improvement and community engagement strategies About You: Experience in community engagement, outreach, enrolments, or a similar role Proven ability to meet targets or KPIs Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse communities Experience working with vulnerable or underrepresented groups Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) Current Working with Children Check and driver’s licence Background in early childhood, community development, or social services (Desirable) Experience in not-for-profit or public sector environments (Desirable) Why ECMS?
