Description The position of Intake and Partnerships Manager is a pivotal role in cultivating strong and trusting relationships for business growth and development, and broader external engagement for Lutheran Disability Services. The role will drive strong branding, messaging and Values to NDIS partners, support coordinators, families and government stakeholders, and therefore drive networking and client intake in a dynamic, collaborative and proactive manner. About the role: Be the first point of contact for potential new clients and identify prospective clients through the matching process in collaboration with the onboarding manager. Deepen and maintain collaborative relationships with existing partners and effective coordination of services supporting long-term partnership success Drive business development through developing, fostering and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients to build long-term trust in LDS’ services. Provide industry insights and feedback on marketing and communications initiatives to identify development opportunities to promote LDS’ image and branding Partner closely with the Onboarding Manager to support a smooth and consistent approach to client transition from intake to onboarding Manage and coordinate grant opportunities and applications to ensure securing of agreements and opportunities to drive business growth. Oversee and manage the engagement, attainment, negotiation and associated reporting of prospective clients, stakeholder relationship and services to drive business improvement Seek and implement promotional and marketing opportunity through relationships on the behalf of LDS at expos, seminars, conferences and events. Provide regular and timely metric reporting to various levels of the organisation as required to demonstrate growth and business performance. Skills And Experiences About You : Required Qualifications and Clearances Tertiary qualification in Business administration, marketing, communications or similar Must have DHS/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance acceptable by Lutheran Disability Services Satisfies all visa requirements for working in Australia Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and partnership development. Ability to analyse data and generate insights for decision-making. Competence in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Understanding of disability services and related policies. Required experiences A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a partnership or relationship management role, preferably within the disability services sector. Demonstrated experience in leading community outreach initiatives. Proven track record of developing successful partnerships with external organisations. Experience in grants administration or community development Experience in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including government agencies, non-profits, and community groups. Previous involvement in programme development or service delivery related to disability support services Why Join us?
