The Opportunity Working within our state-of-the-art BMW workshop in Darra, you’ll be responsible for delivering servicing, diagnostics and repairs that meet exacting BMW manufacturer standards. This is a hands-on role for technicians who value quality workmanship, advanced diagnostics and continuous learning. You’ll work with the latest BMW systems and tooling in a professional, fast-paced environment where teamwork, accountability and craftsmanship matter. What You’ll Do Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs to BMW manufacturer standards Diagnose and rectify complex faults using BMW diagnostic systems Conduct detailed vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements Complete all work with precision, accuracy and attention to detail Follow BMW technical procedures, repair methods and workshop processes Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation Contribute to a clean, safe and organised workshop environment Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver timely, quality outcomes What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) Proven experience in a dealership and/or prestige automotive environment Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving capability Confidence using modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems High standards of workmanship and pride in your output Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A current, valid Australian driver’s licence Why Westside BMW & Sime Motors Australia We invest in our people—professionally and personally.
