Location: Perth CBD– 2 days working from home after training period Salary: $100- $110K super based on experience Position Overview: Engage with members over the phone to guide them through their lending options and help them achieve their goals. Manage end-to-end loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals. Deliver an exceptional member experience while consistently driving conversion to loans. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and match members with complementary products. Maintain strong documentation and compliance standards. What we’re looking for: Branch experience in lending with a strong track record of success. FSR Tier 2 – RG146 accreditation and Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent). Minimum three years of lending experience, with a passion for helping members achieve their goals. Highly organised, motivated, and results-driven.
