About the Role Working alongside an energetic and dynamic team and supporting our Commercial business at our Sydney Corporate Head Office, this is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early career starter who is keen to further develop their skills and experience. As a part of this role, you will gain experience in: Commercial and Market support where you will support the management of grower/supplier base to achieve sales targets, assist with customer forecasting, purchasing and supplier engagement. Sales support and administration Supply and Account co-ordination, developing an understanding of market decisions through data analysis and market insights. Working alongside leading Australian and international growers, suppliers and customers Product, supply chain, imports, exports and industry knowledge About You This role will be best suited to a graduate or entry level candidate at the start of their career who is proactive and eager to learn from the ground up! We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our high performing team. The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar (desirable) Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written Ability to build effective relationships across international and domestic growers, stakeholders and partners Self-motivation with a desire to learn and grow A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills are highly desirable) Commercially curious with a strong desire to learn and develop within the organisation. Flexible and adaptable, including willingness to work early mornings and weekends during peak seasonal periods.
