About the Role Team Global Express is seeking a reliable and motivated Wash Bay Operator / Wash Bay Attendant to join our team in Tennyson, QLD on a permanent full-time basis. This is a hands-on role responsible for cleaning and maintaining our fleet to ensure vehicles are safe, presentable, and ready for daily operations. You’ll play a key part in supporting operational efficiency while maintaining high safety and presentation standards. The role operates on a Monday to Friday roster with 5:00am starts, with Saturday work available. We are particularly seeking candidates with flexibility to work Saturday shifts when required. Key Responsibilities Wash, clean, and maintain company vehicles to a high standard Conduct basic inspections and report any damage or maintenance issues Keep the wash bay area and equipment clean, organised, and safe Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements Assist with vehicle preparation as required by operations Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and any issues identified About You Experience in vehicle washing, detailing, or fleet maintenance (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Commitment to safety and ability to follow procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Physically fit and capable of manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing) Able to work early starts (5:00am) and flexible to work Saturday shifts when required LI-DNI LI-DNP About Team Global Express Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
