Based in our Macquarie Park office (with 4 days per week on-site), you'll be the go-to person for health, safety, compliance and facilities support across our Australian operations. Your work will directly shape our safety culture and ensure our people have a well-managed, welcoming workplace. This role is not purely policy-based - it requires someone who is equally comfortable leading ISO audits and ordering office supplies, coordinating contractors and supporting everyday office needs. Key Responsibilities Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Champion WHS/HSE best practices across the Australian business Coordinate and maintain WHS documentation, registers and reporting Lead and support ISO audits (including ISO 45001 and related standards) Coordinate health & safety training, inductions and safety committee meetings Act as a trusted point of contact for WHS-related questions and guidance Facilities & Office Coordination Be the facilities lead for our Sydney head office Liaise with building management, suppliers and contractors Support everyday office operations, including ordering supplies and equipment Help maintain a safe, productive and positive office environment for employees We're looking for someone who cares about people, safety and doing things properly , and who understands that great workplaces are built through attention to both compliance and detail.
