We're currently seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to join Brandbank. Supporting the General Manager - Property, this role plays a key part in managing the property portfolio. You'll ensure lease data integrity, support leasing transactions, and help drive effective portfolio management across a dynamic and growing retail environment. Please note: this is a fixed term contract of 12 months THE ROLE: Support the management of the Group's property portfolio including new leases, renewals, assignments and terminations Review lease offers and documentation, ensuring alignment with agreed commercial terms Assist with lease negotiations alongside the General Manager - Property Provide advice and recommendations on leasing matters to internal stakeholders Coordinate with legal teams and external solicitors on lease documentation and negotiations Prepare feasibility analysis for property transactions and support Board submissions Produce monthly reporting on portfolio performance Partner with Finance to ensure accurate interpretation of lease obligations (rent, outgoings, incentives) Assist in rental payment approvals and reconciliation processes Maintain and oversee the Property database, ensuring all lease records are accurate and up to date Coordinate execution and tracking of lease documentation through to completion THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Minimum 5 years' experience in a lease administration or property role (Retail leasing experience highly regarded Strong understanding of the Australian Retail Leases Act (essential) Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential) Exposure to lease management systems such as Lease Eagle or ProLease (desirable) Strong understanding of lease documentation and property processes Advanced organisational skills with high attention to detail Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities WHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?
