The Role: This role has a with a strong focus on design, where you will play a key part in developing residential and medium density projects from concept through to construction documentation. Responsibilities: Producing high quality designs, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring all documentation aligns with relevant codes and standards. Working closely with internal teams, you will contribute to layout development, design solutions and product selections, while also ensuring accuracy and buildability through your drafting expertise. You will collaborate with consultants, engineers and construction teams to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard. About You: You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in residential drafting and design, with strong exposure to project homes and ideally medium density developments. You bring a well-rounded skillset across both design and drafting, with the ability to produce creative yet practical solutions. You have a strong understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards and residential construction methods. You are detail-oriented, proactive and confident managing your workload, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
