Description Product Manager – Industrial Products Role purpose Own and grow a defined portfolio of Fluke industrial and transactional products across Australia and New Zealand. The Product Manager is accountable for translating global product strategy into local commercial outcomes by driving sales enablement, channel engagement, specification, and demand generation. Reporting line Reports to Managing Director, ANZ Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Global Product teams. Core accountabilities Product & Portfolio Ownership End‑to‑end lifecycle ownership for assigned product ranges, from launch to phase‑out. Localize global product strategy into clear ANZ go‑to‑market plans. Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. Sales Enablement & Commercial Impact Build strong product mindshare with Sales through structured training, tools, promotions, and ongoing engagement. Support key opportunities through customer visits, demonstrations, and value‑based positioning. Influence specification, ranging, and national buy‑ups with distributors, major end users and contractors. Channel, Demand & Industry Engagement Lead distributor and contractor engagement initiatives to drive adoption and conversion. Deliver training programs for Sales teams, distributors, and end-users. Represent Fluke at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums. Voice of Customer & Market Insight Conduct regular customer, distributor, and contractor visits to gather structured VOC. Feed insights into pricing, positioning, portfolio optimization, and future roadmap discussions. Analyze customer and market data to improve sales and marketing effectiveness. Technical Support & Governance Provide support to Sales and channel partners. Ensure products meet ANZ regulatory, safety, and certification requirements. Escalate complex technical or compliance issues to global Product, Engineering, or QA teams. Success measures Improved product mindshare and capability across Sales and channel partners. Strong execution of product launches and promotions. Increased specification and demand pull in priority segments. Clear, actionable VOC influencing portfolio and roadmap decisions. Trusted product leadership internally and externally. Candidate profile Experience Product Management or Product Marketing experience in industrial, electrical, or instrumentation environments. Proven success working within distributor‑led, channel‑centric go‑to‑market models. Experience collaborating with global product or engineering teams.
