Job Description Salary: $81.7K – $121K inc super (FTE) Perks: Phone laptop km reimbursement tolls salary packaging professional development Employment: Permanent Location: Adelaide, SA – Treetop School community We’re looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team in Adelaide, working across Aspect Treetop School (Learning Support Team – 2 days/week) and itinerant/community-based services (2 days/week) . This is a unique hybrid role offering the best of both worlds—structured, school-based collaboration alongside flexible, community-based practice. You’ll work closely with educators and allied health professionals within the school environment, while also supporting participants in their everyday settings—home, school, or community—helping build communication, independence, and functional life skills aligned with their goals. What your day will look like Deliver speech pathology supports across both school and community settings Work as part of the Learning Support Team within Treetops School Provide itinerant services to participants and families in the community Manage a varied caseload across school-aged children and young people Develop functional, goal-based communication interventions Collaborate with teachers, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams Support communication development, social interaction, and independence Work autonomously while being supported by a highly collaborative clinical team
