Job Description Permanent, full-time (38 hours per week) Salary: AUD $85,000 base super Vehicle Allowance: AUD $17,000 including Fuel & eTag costs As a Trainer Assessor in Carpentry, you will deliver onsite training and assessment for apprentices across pre-apprenticeship, school-based, and workplace contexts. The Trainer & Assessor plays a key role in ensuring training is delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and industry relevance. The role also supports student engagement, employer communication, assessment validation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities This role will require the trainer to deliver training across various locations between Greater Sydney/Wollongong. Occasional travel and overnight stay will be required (at the expense of CWBTS). Prepare and facilitate compliant, industry-aligned training sessions Assess student competency and provide timely, constructive feedback Maintain accurate records in LMS, ReadySkills, and VETtrak Build strong relationships with apprentices and employers
