Core Responsibilitie : Oversee the daily operations of the Secondary School including the procedures, activities and events relevant to the running of the Secondary School. Work in close collaboration with other Executive Staff, in implementing Secondary School initiatives in alignment with the School’s overall directions. Attend Executive Retreat and other Executive meetings and training days as required. Assist the Deputy Principal in the development, implementation and oversight of Secondary school leadership opportunities. Work with the Deputy Principal in the facilitation of Secondary School Assembly and assist Secondary staff in embedding the OCS School Values in and out of classrooms. Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Strong understanding of NESA requirements, including HSC and ROSA compliance, with experience overseeing curriculum and teaching and learning. Demonstrated ability to lead staff, student wellbeing, discipline, and pastoral care programs within a school setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and families. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Current NESA teacher registration and a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
