About the Opportunity Join a high-performing Customer Service team supporting hospitals across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers strong development opportunities, starting as a generalist before expanding into areas such as consignment stock and billing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring critical medical products reach customers on time, often supporting urgent, patient-focused scenarios. Duties Manage high-volume customer enquiries Process orders via SAP & EDI Handle urgent “patient on table” requests Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Warehouse Maintain accurate records in Salesforce Resolve pricing and stock discrepancies Investigate disputes and manage credits Support reporting and team collaboration Skills and Experience Customer service experience (health/FMCG) SAP order processing experience Strong communication skills High attention to detail Salesforce exposure (desirable) Culture Collaborative, fast-paced and purpose-driven, with a strong focus on teamwork and improving patient outcomes.
