About the Role We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Customer Service & Interior Design Consultant to join the team. This is a unique opportunity that blends interior design, client experience, and early-stage project consultation. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their renovation or building journey. Working closely within the in-house showroom, you will support clients with selections, finishes, and materials-helping turn ideas into clear, cohesive design outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong eye for design, and thrives on making complex decisions feel simple and exciting for clients. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and web platforms Guide clients through the early stages of their renovation or build journey Build strong relationships and create a positive first impression Coordinate discovery calls, site visits, and client meetings Work with clients in the showroom to select finishes, fixtures, and materials Assist in creating cohesive design outcomes aligned with budgets Coordinate ordering of selected items and liaise with suppliers Support the transition from concept through to construction Work closely with sales, design, and construction teams Maintain accurate records within CRM and project systems Ensure smooth project handovers with clear documentation Skills and Experience Previous experience in interior design, residential building, or a client-facing role Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping clients Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Experience with selections, finishes, or residential design (highly desirable) Familiarity with CRM systems or Buildertrend (advantageous) Experience with Revit or AutoCAD (preferred but not essential) Culture Join a collaborative and supportive team that values design, quality, and exceptional client experience.
