Key Responsibilities Greet guests, present menus, offer personalised recommendations on our Italian-focused wine list and seafood specials, and handle orders with attention to dietary needs. Provide polished table service, including wine pours, dish presentation, and proactive check-backs in a high end dining environment. Maintain venue standards during peak service, support team coordination, and ensure seamless guest experiences. Skills and Experience At least 2-3 years in upscale restaurants, with proven wine knowledge and upsell skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, and availability for evenings, weekends, and events.
