The Business Analyst will play a key role in strengthening ECMS’ foundational processes, systems and ways of working, creating the threshold conditions required to support sustainable growth under the new five-year strategy. Reporting into the Head of Planning & Projects, this role focuses on uplifting core business processes, system capabilities and information flows that underpin cross-functional operations. You will partner closely with service leaders, Area Managers and Support Services teams to understand current-state challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and design practical future-state processes and system enhancements. About you Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Finance or related discipline Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or equivalent) Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, current- and future-state analysis, and development of fit-for-purpose artefacts Demonstrated experience working across multiple business domains, partnering with stakeholders from areas such as operations, finance, information technology or human resources teams Experience with process mapping tools ( eg. Visio, Miro) About the role Gather, analyse and confirm business requirements Analyse current-state (“as-is”) processes, systems and data flows Define future-state (“to-be”) processes, capabilities and operating models Develop fit-for-purpose artefacts including requirements documentation, process maps, business cases and user stories Analyse data to produce meaningful insights, dashboards and reports Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather input and build alignment Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to enable effective collaboration.
